Summary
This study aimed to clarify the gene expression of each of cardiac neural crest cells during mouse heart development by using Fluidigm C1 system. Embryonic hearts from Wnt1-Cre; R26-EYFP mice, which labeled neural crest cells, at E11.5, E12.5, E14.5 and E17.5 were used for single-cell (sc) RNA-seq. Citation: Iwase et al., 2026
