Summary
To investigate the function of CENPU in the regulation of hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis , we established Huh-7 and MHCC-97H cell lines in which CENPU gene has been knocked down by siRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells.
