Anti-cancer effects of 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptene sulfonamide (OBHSA) derivative 17e on gene expression of breast cancer T47D cells

GSE210169 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/06/18 Platform GPL24676
Summary
To investigate the anti-cancer effects of PROTAC-like OBHSA derivative 17e, we exposed estrogen receptor alpha positive (ERα+) breast cancer cell line T47D to compound 17e at 10 μM for 12 hours . We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of T47D cells treated with DMSO or 17e (10 μM) in three replicates.
