Summary
To investigate the impact of PHF8 demethylase activity and PHF8 phosphorylation changes in blocking AML cells progression. We established THP1-wt, THP1-PHF8 and THP1-F279S cell lines for demethylase activity studies and THP1-PHF8AA and THP1-PHF8DD for phosphorylation studies.
