Summary
To compare the function of overexpressed ASCL1 in two MYCN-amplified neuroblastoma cell contexts, we have used a doxycycline-inducible lentivirus system to induce ASCL1 overexpression in SK-N-BE(2)C and IMR-32 cell lines, and assessed the transcriptome wide impact of ASCL1 overexpression using RNA-seq.
