The transcriptome analysis of synovium-infiltrating regulatory T cells in collagen-induced arthritis model

GSE216243 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2024/11/14 Platform GPL18480
Summary
This study aimed to understand the characteristics of synovium-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Treg) during arthritis. Treg cells were collected from the synovium and draining lymph nodes of arthritic mice. Treg cells of control draining lymph nodes were also subjected to the study.
