Summary
To investigate the mechanism of naïve-conversion in the neighboring hiPSCs via mRNA transfer from mESCs, the hiPSCs were cultured with or without mESCs. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq data obtained from two different hiPSCs co-cultured with mESCs.
