Summary
Ribonucleic acid sequencing (RNA-seq) of ihCTC, C12, ihDCTC, ihSTC-BM, precursor mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) was performed to establish a database of differentially expressed genes (DEGs).This paper intended to find the leader molecules for malignant transformation of these cells, thereby laying a foundation for the development of new molecular targeted therapy. The sequencing cell lines were established in the relevant references. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 6 different cells.
