Summary
RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to obtain a global profile of gene expression related to osteogenic differentiation and find its predictive markers in hASCs. Based on Alizarin Red staining, ASCs from each donor were classified into two groups: a high osteogenic group and a low osteogenic group.
