Transcriptome of migrating mouse dendritic cells

GSE220623 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 18 samples 2025/04/30 GPL13112
Summary
The ability of cells to migrate is essential for development, tissue homeostasis, and immune responses. To screen for pathways relevant for migration in tissue-like 3D environments, we here employed fast migrating dendrtic cells as a cellular model and established transcriptomics of migrating DCs in collagen networks of lower and higher complexity, in comparison to DCs without a surrounding collagen matrix.
