Transcriptome Analysis of CD9-overexpressing SEM Cells after Dexamethasone Treatment

GSE220979 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/06/26 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Purpose: This study aimed to study the expression changes of CD9-overexpressing SEM cells after Dexamethoasone treatment Methods: RNA-seq data were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina. The sequence reads that passed quality filters were analyzed. Results: Using an optimized data analysis workflow, we mapped about 30 million sequence reads per sample to the human genome (buildhg38) and annotated with ensemble release 100.
