Summary
To investigate the key regulators in CRC progression, we carried out transcriptome sequencing in normal intestinal mucosal tissues, paired primary CRC tissues and liver metastases lesions in participants of CRC. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of tissues.
