Summary
To investigate the effects of nimodipine on TGF-β induced fibrotic phenotype switching of human orbital fibroblasts, we performed the RNA sequencing of human orbital fibroblasts (OFs) derived from Graves’ ophthalmopathy (GO) patients and co-cultured with TGF-β for 24 hours,with or without nimodipine pretreatment.
