ubH2B CHIP-seq in Wild Type and Wac Conditional Knockout Activated B Cells

GSE222089 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/12/04 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To investigate the function of Wac in regulatng H2B ubiquitination during B cell activation and differentiation, we used Cre-Loxp system to generate Wac conditional knockout mice (Wacf/f Cd19cre/+) and performed ubH2B chromatin immunoprecipitation coupled with high-throughput sequencing (Chip-seq) in Wac KO and WT LPS activated B cells.
