Summary
To evaluate the immune responses in tumor-draining lymph nodes induced by microwave ablation (MWA) or microwave ablation combined with 2DG (MWA+2DG), we then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 5 different lymph nodes from two group of mice.
