To understand broad mechanisms that underlie differential susceptibilities to murine trypanosomiasis, we infected BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice with Trypanosoma brucei We obtained kidneys from infected mice at early (day 7) and late (day 21) infection time points and performed bulk RNA seq on the kidney lysates using poly-A enrichment
