Summary
In order to investigate whether folate deficiency affects histone H3K4me3 enrichment and then affecting the activity of Wnt signaling pathway, we performed ChIP-seq of H3K4me3 on folate-free embryonic stem cells and normal embryonic stem cells, respectively. Our sequencing data provides a new theoretical basis for the effect of folate on histone modification.
