Glutamine inhibited hyperglycolysis to curb lactylation of AMPKα to accelerate extracellular matrix synthesis and autophagy and restrain senescence in nucleus pulposus cell

GSE226186 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2024/03/20 Platform GPL16791
Summary
IDD (Intervertebral disc degeneration) is an important cause of low back pain which has become a global public health problem. We aimed to determine the role of glutamine in the development of IDD and evaluate its mechanism to prevent IDD.
