Summary
Analysis of RNA expression in LNCaP and 22Rv1 cells following transfection with siUGUUUGC or siGUGUGUA siRNAs. 22Rv1 cells were also transfected with siRNA targeting AR as a positive control for reduced AR transcriptional activity. We report global changes in AR regulated gene expression expression.
