Summary
Atopic dermatitis is one of the most common inflammatory disorders characterized by intense itch and widespread inflammatory eczematous lesion, while the exact mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of AD, remains not completely clear. Moreover, whether there is a certain degree of intestinal changes in patients with AD also remains to be further studied. scRNA-seq enables specific profiling of cell populations at single-cell resolution.
