Summary
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that have been shown to have therapeutic effects. However, the role of plasma-derived exosomal miRNA in premature ovarian failure (POF) remains ambiguous. To investigate the epigenetic pathogenesis in POF, we analyzed the expression profile of miRNA in exosomes derived from plasma of health control and POF patients using RNA sequencing.
