Summary
Midbrain dopamine (mDA) neurons play an essential role in cognitive and motor behaviours and are linked to different brain disorders. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying their development, and in particular the role of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), remain incompletely understood.
