Summary
The EBV infects nasopharyngeal cells. Infection program can be lytic or latent. Latent EBV infection is associated with the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. This study aims to elucidate the preneoplastic mechanisms of EBV in nasopharyngeal cells via singel cell RNA sequencing.
