Anti-tumor effect of targeting EPC in Head and neck cancer

GSE232031 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/03/19 Platform GPL23479
Summary
Tumor-induced EPCs were contributed to weaken anti-tumor response through the interaction between spleen and tumor. Hence, it seemed a good strategy to targeting EPCs in vivo. To gain a mechanistic understanding of the alteration upon treatment, tumors treated with anti-CD71 were collected to perform RNA-seq.
