Summary
To explore the function of UBXN9 in regulating liver tumorigenesis, we generated UBXN9-overexpressing and control LPC-HRas liver tumor cells by using lentivirus. Then, the mRNAs derived from these two groups of cells, including two replicates for each group , were subjected to RNA-seq.
