Differential expression gene signature between primary tumors and metastatic tumors in PDAC and BC mouse models devoid of stromal contamination [GFP Sorted Cells RNA-Seq]

GSE232195 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2024/04/01 Platform GPL13112
Summary
To identify a common differentially expressed gene signature between metastatic tumors and primary tumors, we utilized both p48-Cre/p53F/+KrasL/+/ROSA-LSL-YFP and SIRT6/p48-Cre/p53F/+KrasL/+/ROSA-LSL-YFP as well as orthotopically injected 4T1-eGFP Balb/c mice to generate spontaneous. metastases We then sorted YFP and GFP positive cells from primary and metastatic sites in mice with evidence of metastatic disease. Comparative gene expression profiling on sorted cells was then performed using RNA-Seq.
