Summary
To investigate the function of Gstt1 in the regulation metastatic phenotypes, we established liver and lung derived metastatic cell lines in which either NT control or Gstt1 has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 6 different cell lines
