Summary
To investigate the functions of tumor cell-intrinsic MNK1 kinase, we used CRISPR/Cas9 to generate two MNK1 knockout 4T1 cell lines (sg-MKNK1-1 and sg-MKNK1-2). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq, comparing each sg-MKNK1 4T1 cell line to a wild-type 4T1 control (Cas9CTL).
