Biomimetic Cell Stimulation with Graphene Oxide Antigen Presenting Platform (GO-APP) for Developing T Cell-Based Therapies [scRNA-Seq]

GSE233290 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/07/01 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Graphene Oxide Antigen Presenting Platform was designed for human T cell activation superior to commercial beads. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to study the genome-wide transcriptome profiling of the activated T cells from PBMCs.
