Summary
We first treated senescent liver cancer cells with vehicle or ARV-825 for 48 hours. Then, RNA sequencing was conducted to quantify the mRNA expression level of vehicle-treated or ARV-825-treated liver cancer cells. ARV-825-induced expression changes were obtained based on the resultant data.
