Summary
Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most frequently diagnosed malignancy in men worldwide. miRNAs play nonnegligible function in PCa progression. Although several groups studied the effect of miR-375 on PCa phenotypes, some controversial findings emerged. Here, we seek to explore the effect of miR-375 on transcriptome profile in both AR+ LNCaP and AR- PC3 cells via RNA-seq.
