DOGMA-seq of opioid addiction treatment in HIV-1 infected individuals

GSE234521 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other 27 samples 2024/07/01 GPL24676
Summary
Opioid use and HIV-1 infection a impact immune function independently, but their impact on the immune system together is unknown. To understand the impact of opioids on immune function in HIV-1 infected individuals we used DOGMA-seq to examine the transcriptome, chromatin accessibility, and surface protein expression in HIV-1-infected individuals undergoing opioid addiction treatment.
