Single-cell genomic profile of articular chondrocytes from rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis patients

GSE234702 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2025/12/31 Platform GPL30173
Summary
The role of cartilage tissue and chondrocytes in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has been underexplored despite extensive research on synovial tissue. This study utilized single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to compare the genomic profiles of articular chondrocytes in RA and osteoarthritis (OA) patients.
