Summary
To investigate the role of UPF1 in the early Lpre-B cells (Fixable Viability Dye-, CD19+, B220+, sIgM-, CD43+, FSChi, CD2-), we isolated early Lpre-B cells from bone marrow derived from control or Upf1-cKO mice.
