Summary
We observed that platelet-derived extracellular vesicles (pEV) are enriched in miR184 and miR499. These pEVs are taken up by hematopoietic stem and progentior cells (HSPC). We wanted to know the effects of miR184 and miR499 on HSPC proliferation and differentiation.
