Summary
We used RNA-seq to map the transcriptomes of archived formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) liver biopsies from precancerous chronic viral hepatitis patients with known clinical outcome. This Series contains the validation cohort used to validate the predictive transcriptomic signature.
