Multi-omics analysis of FOXO3 pioneer factor activity reveals distinct networks in proliferating and DNA damage induced senescent cells [ATAC-Seq]

GSE237807 Homo sapiens Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 42 samples 2026/07/24 GPL16791
Summary
FOXO transcription factors are critical for cellular homeostasis and have been implicated in longevity in several species. Yet how these factors directly affect aging, particularly in humans, is poorly understood. Here, we take an integrated multi-omics approach to identify the chromatin-level mechanisms by which FOXO3 coordinates transcriptional programs in replicating cells and in an aging model of senescence.
