Summary
The enhanced Golgi secretory pathway is increasingly recognized as a key driver of cancer progression. GOLIM4, a frequently amplified gene in human cancers, has been implicated in promoting tumor growth and metastasis by enhancing the secretion of oncogenic proteins. To gain further insights into the molecular mechanisms regulated by GOLIM4, we conducted transcriptomic profiling and identified the downstream pathways influenced by this gene.
