Summary
We studied the impact of IL-38 neutralization on tumor immune control in PyMT mammary carcinoma mouse model via γδ T cells. To that end, whole transcriptome profile of PyMT tumors upon in vivo IL-38 neutralization and γδ-TCR blockage were generate via next generation mRNA sequencing on a NextSeq 2000 sequencer.
