FOXM1 acts sexually dimorphically to regulate functional B-cell mass (ChIP-Seq)

GSE239523 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 32 samples 2025/04/15 GPL21103
Summary
FOXM1 increases beta cell proliferation and mass in aged male mice. Previous work also demonstates that reducing Foxm1 in the beta cell had a larger effect on male than female beta cell function. Here we investigate differences in FOXM1 action in the beta cell due to sex.
