Pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF) on gene expression of mouse empbryonic fibroblasts (MEF)

GSE241459 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2024/06/05 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Exercise training has been reported to induce changes in cellular homeostasis in various tissues, but the exact mechanisms remain unclear. Our findings demonstrate that in a mouse model, muscle-derived PEDFs have the capacity to intricately regulate cellular function at distal sites after training. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of PEDF on gene expression in cultured MEFs and to elucidate the complex mechanisms involved.
