Multidimensional single-cell sequencing profiles the bone marrow immune microenvironment in chronic myeloid leukemia

GSE241842 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other 23 samples 2025/04/09 GPL24676
Summary
The immune system plays an important role in the response to therapy in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). However, there is no comprehensive high-throughput analysis of the bone marrow immune microenvironment in patients diagnosed with CML. Here, we combined single-cell transcriptome, single-T cell, and single-cell TCR sequencing to comprehensively analyze the bone marrow immune changes in CML patients.
