Addition of melanin concentration hormone and control in osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells

GSE242377 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/08/01 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Mice lacking melanin rich Hormone receptor will have osteoporosis, and there is MCH receptor expression on mesenchymal stem cells. In the cell experiment, we extracted bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from mice, induced osteogenic differentiation, and added MCH for comparison with the cell control. The experimental group showed an increase in important factors such as RUNX2 for osteogenic differentiation.
