ATAC-seq data of miR-195 transduced Ebf1-KO FL-ProB-cells.

GSE246530 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/10/28 Platform GPL21626
Summary
EBF1 is crucial transcription factor in B cell lineage and Ebf1 -/- hematopoietic stem cells are arrest in early B cell development and disable to express CD19. miR-195 transduction is able to overcome Ebf1 deficiency and cause CD19 positive cells. ATAC-seq data of these cells provided a new insight into relationship between early B cell differentiation and micro-RNA regulation.
