Influence of the MUC16 on gene expression of cancer cells from PDAC

GSE247666 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2024/11/30 Platform GPL24676
Summary
To investigate the differentially expressed genes and the pathways they might alter upon loss of MUC16 and subsequent perturbation of its downstream signaling We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the two different conditions (WT versus MUC16-knockout) (three replicates each).
