Summary
We performed single cell RNA sequencing of bone marrow samples (sorted Lineage+ cells, and sorted Lin-CD34+ HSPCs) from 8 patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) to understand PNH pathophysiology at high multi-dimensional resolution.
