Summary
To investigate the molecular mechanism of unpredictable aversive stress induced commobidity between fear generalization and depression, mice were treated by different training paterns (1xTr, 2xTr-same and 2xTr-altered). Therefore, mPFC were dissected to perform immunoprecipitation and RNA seq.
