Summary
Pro-monocytic U937 cells were subjected to FURIN gene editing via an optimized CRISPR technology, resulting in clones with 1 or both copies of FURIN deleted. Paired-end RNA sequencing was performed on these cells, in addition to wild-type cells, to determine the effects of FURIN depletion on the transcriptome.
