Gene expression profile at single cell level of endothelial cells (ECs) from LPS-injected PPARD-ECWT or PPARD-ECKO mouse lung

GSE249169 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/12/31 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Vascular hyperpermeability is one of the hallmarks of sepsis and endotoxemia, which contributes to tissue inflammation and organ dysfunction. The peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta (PPARδ) is an anti-inflammatory transcription factor, while its role in endothelial barrier function remains unclear. We use single cell RNA-sequencing analysis to profile the gene expression of mouse lung ECs regulated by PPARD in endotoxemia.
