Gene expression profile at single cell level of stromal cells(SCs) from the periosteum and bone marrow

GSE249528 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2024/03/03 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Stromal cells in bone are considered as a heterogenous population that have different locations and functions, though all of them can self-renew and differentiate into osteoblasts. We used single cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) to dissect the heterogeneity of Stromal cell in the bone.
